Some wedding venues are beautiful. Others are functional. Grace Manor Events is one of the few that truly delivers both.
As a wedding planner and coordinator based in Weatherford, I’ve worked at venues all across North Texas, and Grace Manor keeps standing out. It was built with couples, guests and vendors in mind, so the whole day flows from one moment to the next without anyone having to think about it.
Whether you’re dreaming of a classic, romantic celebration or a modern black-and-white affair, here’s an inside look at every space, plus the planner tips I share with my own couples.

The chapel is one of my favorite ceremony spaces because it feels elegant with very little added décor.
Custom-made wooden pews give the room a warm, timeless feel. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows fill it with natural light, which your guests will notice and your photographer will love.
The front of the chapel is easy to personalize. Couples choose from several cross options, and decorative pillars give your florist a natural home for arrangements without crowding the altar.
There’s also a crying room, so parents with little ones can step away and still see the ceremony.
Planner tip: Because the chapel already has so much light and structure, you don’t need to fill it with florals. Two arrangements on the pillars and a few pew markers go a long way, and you can put that budget toward your reception instead.

The courtyard sits between the chapel and the reception hall, and it does double duty.
For couples who want to say “I do” outside, it’s an intimate ceremony space with guests just steps from the rest of the celebration. And if the Texas weather doesn’t cooperate, the chapel is right there as a built-in backup plan.
The side courtyard is also a popular spot for cocktail hour. The bar opens to both the courtyard and the reception hall, making it easy for guests to grab a drink whether they’re mingling outside or heading inside to find their seats.
Behind that bar is Signature Sips, Grace Manor’s in-house bar service, created by the venue’s owners. Because the team is part of the Grace Manor family, the bartenders already know the space, the flow of the celebration and the details that keep service running smoothly. That means one less vendor to bring up to speed on your wedding day. Whether you’re dreaming of classic cocktails, a custom signature drink, a champagne toast or a completely alcohol-free celebration, Signature Sips builds its options around your event.
Planner tip: Hosting cocktail hour in the courtyard gives your team time to finish the reception room while guests are happily outside. When dinner is ready, everyone is only a few steps from their seats.

The bridal suite feels more like a luxury boutique than a getting-ready room.
Pink velvet couches give everyone a comfortable place to relax during hair and makeup. A raised stage is the perfect spot for the bride to step into her dress and share a first look with her bridesmaids.
One detail I love is the oversized individual cubbies. Every bridesmaid gets her own space for her things, so the suite stays clean and clutter-free all day, and your photos show a pretty room instead of a pile of bags.
When anyone needs a breath of fresh air, there’s a private porch with a swing just outside.
The suite also has a keypad entry lock. Purses, phones and personal belongings stay secure from the first curl to the last dance.
Planner tip: Ask your bridesmaids to unpack into their cubbies as soon as they arrive. It takes five minutes and keeps the room photo-ready for detail shots and the dress reveal.

The groom’s suite is just as well done. Rich black accents give it a modern, masculine feel, and it’s every bit as practical as the bridal suite.
There are dedicated places to hang suits, so everything stays neat and wrinkle-free until it’s time to get dressed. A large TV is ready for the big game or a round of video games, and between the poker table and the private patio, the guys can actually enjoy the morning together.
Like the bridal suite, it has its own keypad entry lock, so the groomsmen can leave their belongings behind without worrying about them.
Planner tip: Build real downtime into the groom’s timeline. With a space this comfortable, the guys don’t need to arrive early, just early enough to get dressed without rushing and relax before photos.

The reception hall pairs custom-made farmhouse tables with elegant black chairs, a timeless look that works with nearly any wedding style.
Daylight pours through the windows, and the venue’s black architectural accents keep the room clean and modern. It photographs beautifully from the first toast through the last dance.
I especially appreciate the large black sliding doors between the catering prep area and the reception space. Your caterer can plate and serve efficiently while the behind-the-scenes work stays out of sight.
Planner tip: The farmhouse tables are gorgeous on their own. Consider skipping full linens and using runners instead: it shows off the wood and can trim your rental budget.

The hallway that connects Grace Manor’s spaces is much more than a way to get from one room to the next. It’s an extra space you can make your own.
In cooler months, it works well as an indoor cocktail hour while the reception room is being set. It can also become:
Planner tip: Open a late-night snack or coffee station in the hallway about an hour before your send-off. It gives guests a second wind and keeps them close to the dance floor instead of drifting out early.

The details couples usually don’t see are where Grace Manor really shines.
These sound like small things, but they’re why a wedding day at Grace Manor runs so smoothly. When your vendors have what they need, they can focus completely on you.

Does Grace Manor offer indoor and outdoor ceremony options? Yes. Couples can marry in the chapel or outdoors in the courtyard between the chapel and the reception hall.
What’s the rain plan for an outdoor ceremony? The chapel is just steps from the courtyard, so moving the ceremony indoors is simple and doesn’t require renting a tent.
Are there getting-ready rooms? Yes. There’s a bridal suite and a groom’s suite, each with a keypad entry lock and a private outdoor space.
Where is cocktail hour held? Usually in the courtyard, with a bar that serves both the courtyard and the reception hall. In cooler months, the indoor hallway works well too.
Do I need a coordinator at Grace Manor? Yes, the venue makes a wedding day easier, but someone still needs to run the timeline, direct vendors and handle surprises so you don’t have to. That’s what a wedding coordinator does. And if you’d like support from the very beginning, from building your vendor team to designing the look of your day, full or partial planning covers the whole journey.
Where is Grace Manor Events located? Grace Manor is located about 25 minutes from Downtown Fort Worth.
How many guests does Grace Manor hold? Up to 300 for the ceremony and for the reception.

The best venues combine beauty with function, and Grace Manor does exactly that. Guests never travel far between moments, vendors have what they need to do their best work, and couples get to simply enjoy the day.
It has quickly become one of my favorite venues to plan and coordinate at, and I always look forward to going back. If you want a venue that’s elegant, organized and built around the wedding-day experience, Grace Manor belongs on your tour list.
